Installation matters1.The products with diaphragms have edges and possible injuries. It is recommended to wear thick gloves when installing.2.Please install a protective cover around the coupling so as to ensure safety.3. When the shaft deviation exceeds the allowable value when the installation is installed, the coupling may be deformed, resulting in damage or shortening of service life.4.The allowable axis deviation of the coupling includes radial direction and axial deviation. When installation, please adjust the axis deviation within the allowable range under the corresponding product catalogue.5.When multiple deviations occur at the same time, the corresponding admissible value should be reduced by half.6.In order to prolong the service life of the coupling, it is recommended to set the axis deviation to be within 1/3 of the allowable value.7. Tighten the screws after inserting the installation shaft, otherwise it will cause the deformation of the coupling. When you screw the screws, use torque wrench, do not install the screws outside the accessories.8. If abnormal sound occurs during the operation, please stop running immediately and check the installation accuracy, screw loosening and so on. It is suggested that after the installation and debug, apply the adhesive on the outer surface of the screw to increase the protection performance. Maintenance method1. Before installation, the two shaft ends should be cleaned, and the end key slot should be checked.2. After installation of diaphragm couplings, regular operation of a class must check all snail.If nails are found loose, they must be screwed up so that several classes can be repeated to ensure that they will not be loosened.3. In order to prevent the fretting wear of the diaphragm at high speed operation, the diaphragm bolt is formed.The holes are damaged by microcracks. They can be coated with solid lubricants such as molybdenum disulfide, or antifriction coating on the diaphragm surface.4. Diaphragm couplings should avoid long-term overloading and operation accidents.5. Diaphragm couplings should be checked regularly if there are any abnormal phenomena in the operation of diaphragm couplings. If abnormal phenomena occur, we must enter and maintain them.6. Diaphragm couplings must take proper safety precautions in all fields that may cause accidents of personal and equipment due to the operation of diaphragm couplings.
